Option 2---Includes items listed above--3,000 sq ft per month 510.00 overage billed at 11 cents.
Option 3---Includes items listed above--5,000 sq ft per month 825.00 overage billed at 10 cents.
Option 4---Includes items listed above--10,000 sq ft per month 1450.00 overage billed at 8 cents.
Note: For maintenance agreements if the machine was purchased somewhere other than DaVinci an inspection and inspection fee are required.
