Shipping cost is based on dock to dock within 150 miles from a major metropolitan city. Outside of that range shipping may have an additional surcharge. -------This is for items like equipment
All photo conductors (drum) are tested prior to shipment and the test print is included in packaging. Once item is received, issues must be reported within 48 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays) and a print of the issue must be included when returned. No refunds unless drum is determined defective by Da Vinci. All non defective drums will incur a return shipping fee back to purchaser.
Unopened returned drums will incur a 40% restock fee and purchaser is responsible for return shipping and must declare a $1,000.00 shipping value for returned units.
